A question regarding my wife ILR application?

Post by a85 » Sat Jan 22, 2022 5:14 pm

Hello every,

Thanks to your all support, now I am holding an ILR (based on 5 years Tier 2).

Now my wife is going to apply for ILR as well; she has been here 5 years on PBS dependent!

I have two questions?
1. She should use SET(O) form (the same as me)?
2. Does 28 days early rule apply to PBS dependent as well?

Thanks in advance for your kind replies😊

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again. In the application, in the section ``The person you are joining or accompanying
'' where I need to out the information of myself it asks ``Which visa is Mr X applying for or been granted?''. I had tier 2, but now I hold ILR.

There is no ILR in the list, should I choose ``Tier 2 (General) visa''? If so, then it asks for ``X's sponsor licence number'', should I leave it empty?

I would appreciate if you could help me.

Thanks a lot for the consideration...

Now she has completed SET(O) (but not submitted yet), however in the checklist it does not ask for cohibition documents?

As far as I know this is mandatory document for PBS dependent applying for ILR.

Is there anythingthing which we have missed?

Thanks in advance for the consideration

Also, in the application it asks for my BRP number?

Shouldm I put my ILR BRP number or my last Tier 2 BRP number?
