Passport renewal - in Edinburgh for a child residing in London

Hi

I live in London and trying to renew minor child's Indian passport.

I couldn't get an appointment in London (Goswell), Hounslow or Birmingham to renew Indian passport for minor child. However, I could secure an appointment in Edinburgh VFS. Do HCI renew Indian passport for a London based minor child in Edinburgh VFS?
