PSW Dependents

Hi,

Second post today. Trying to help one of my friend who is new here

My friend's wife is a Masters student in the UK and my friend is on dependent visa. They are here in the UK since December 2021. She will finish her Masters in August this year and is planning to apply for PSW in September.

They have two kids aged 11 & 9 who are currently in India and they would like to bring them over once their PSW is granted. Is it possible or do they have to be in the UK before PSW is applied?

Yes, as student dependents.

Hi,

I think you can't bring family as PSW dependents unless they are already are your student visa dependents in UK.

Please check the rules once.
