I need general guideline on spouse visa on student visa.
I need to ask that if my friend on student visa which will expire end of this year 2022 can apply for spouse visa for his wife. What are the requirement? and what is the procedure?
Which key element you need to keep in mind.
One thing he know he cant apply for spouse visa once he gets PSW.
The main question he need to know . How much time usually take to complete the process?
