Hey thanks no it was normal one and biometrics were taken from previous application. In 2019 i did super prioroty i got decision in one day. But this time i did standard application. I have all previous BRP cards they say no recourse to public funds and this one doesnt say that. After completing this time our 10 years will be completed and will be applying for indefinite. It states you have been granted limited leave to remain with access to public funds.

Hi,

1. He spent half of his life here (30 years old currently)
2. Entered as a child (15 years old)
3. Strong connections in UK and integrated into society (brothers, sisters, cousins, in laws, 3 British children, wife and friends etc)
4. Continuous efforts to regularise his immigration status when he was overstaying (over stayed from 2012-2016).
5. Long battle with mental health (medication and therapy, evidence from GP etc that his unstable immigration status is detrimental to his health)
6. Already completed over 6 years of continuous lawful residence on FLR FP.
7. His first FLR FP approval was when be was 24 so qualifies for young person 18-25 rule (I think that is how it works…)

Hopefully all these factors make a compelling case that it would be disproportionate to make him complete another 5 years of Leave to remain until he can apply for Indefinite leave it remain.

I hope this helps.

Will update timeline if we hear anything…

I cant add any attachment i don't know why, The only difference i see is ( on left had side of the letter) under your full name they add "Served by Email" instead of your full postcode, hopefully this helps.

Does the decision email mention which route you're on? 5 year or 10 year route?

Are you sure it was A1, not at least CEFR A2? English language is a requirement for the 5-year route.

Another thing that strikes me as odd is I can't seem to figure out what the approval letter looks like for people who applied for FLR(FP)? Why is it different to the one we receive when we apply for FLR(M)
We get an email from Home Office Atlas saying our FLR(M) was successful but no mention of the 5 year route or 10 year route like FLR(FP). Or am I wrong?

Can you please stop posting in this topic as it is not relevant at all to FLR M applications!!!

FLR M is ONLY a 5 year route.

FLR FP has separate and different immigration rules to FLR M

My apologies. I suffer from OCD and Asperger's. I was obsessing over the fact I did not receive the same decision letter as I did back in 2019.
