My wife currently has the FLR(M) visa which expires soon. She is will be eligible to apply for ILR(M) via the 5 year route.
I am a British citizen and the sole earner.
1. As my wife doesn't work and I support her, am I right in saying its only myself that needs to meet the minimum income threshold? Yes
2. To prove English B1 for the FLR(M) visa application we had my wife's degree which was obtained in india cross checked by UK NAARIC. Can I use the same UK NAARIC document for the ILR application? Or does it have an expiry period? You can reuse same.
3. Can I submit the application anytime from 28 days before she reaches 5 years, Yes
4. Please can someone provide a comprehensive list of supporting documents that need to be submitted with the application?
5. My wife has passed the life in the uk test. What proof do you need to supply? Enter the reference number she got on passing.
Thanks so much
Does not work like that. You have at least 45 days to book. Certainly contact the UKVCASbadayuni92 wrote: ↑Tue May 17, 2022 11:03 pmYes I guess so. What if we don't get any appointments before the deadline do we lose the application fee
