It took ~40 hours from application approved to passport printed
Even though passport was printed before 10:30 on Friday morning, it could not be delivered on Saturday

A week later I called RM and they explained that HMPO does not sign all deliveries as they are often received in bulk. I was a bit worried but decided not to panic and simply wait.)
