I applied extension on 08/10/21
biometric done on 28/10/2021
and waiting , it will take 6 months at least maybe more because of covid

My employer did the checks with home office to confirm whether I can continue working while waiting extension. They replied with positive verification notice that gives me until May 2022 to obtain the renewal documents.

Hello. I was told if I'm working, my fee waiver has a greater chance of being rejected.

My situation is this:

Married to a resident and have four UK-born children. Got 10-year route FLR FP (Partner). Second time extension. Expire on March 11 2022. Was working until made redundant end of Nov 2021. Found a new job but they are asking for share code. I haven't submitted anything yet. I'm scared to put across a fee waiver application. Husband doesn't work because he does school runs etc.

Anything you can help with, I'm grateful.

Sorry for the late response. You should have applied for the fee waiver, I was also working an received a waiver. You just need to show evidence that you can’t afford the fee such as bank statements, bills, receipts. It’s too late now but you should of applied for the waiver.

I applied for the fee waiver and submitted around February 26, 2022. Yesterday (20/04/2022), I got the decision and it's been accepted for both the fee and IHS charge. Now, I'll have to renew my FLR (FP). *fingers crossed*

We both applied October 2021 for an extension , it’s been silence since I’ve submitted my application.

Have you received a decision? I’m still waiting
