Sky 07 - we were refused too but got an overturn. You just never know. the quicker your appeal goes in, the more chance you might have - do it soon so that your file doesn't' get covered by a dozen or so others.

Should he fax me the appeal form? What do we do next?
Thanks....

hi - try to stay calm- I know by personal experience that's not easy) but just think, this could be good news. We filed our appeal within four days to the Embassy and because the law changed in the meantime (ref HC321 & spouse applications) we got an overturn in three weeks!! and he came home. Just like that...when you see that Visa in the passport - honestly you do forget the heartache, well most of it any way. It's a bit like giving birth - once you see what you've been dreaming of, all the pain goes away I'm keeping ten fingers and toes crossed for you but don't forget to let us know how it goes

don't want to get your hopes up, but sounds exactly the same as when hubby got his spouse visa.
He dropped his passport in the morning and went back in the afternoon and collected his visa and passport. He was then on the 1st flight he could get back to the UK.
Can't wait to hear ur good news.
