Can I apply 28 days before 20th June 2022 as 3 yrs finishes on this date?

Please reply if You can.

Hope You're doing well.

Really appreciate the help this platform and Moderators have provided throughout 3 years.
I will putting up loads of queries as I am doing application without any help from immigration advisor.

I have employed my sister and her husband in my business. Can I use hours worked by her husband in job creation?

I would really appreciate a reply.

Thanks in advance

Hi Mods
Hope Everyone is safe and sound.

My company made 35k and 40k profit in year 2019-20 and 2020-21 but jad very less employees. I started hiring employees from April 2021 and just now when I have management acc of 2021-22, the business is showing a loss of 85k. this management acc will have the salaries of 22 employees which I am claiming points for. Should I include this management acc in the submission or should I leave it aside and submit only first 2 years accounts.

I am so confused, please advise. I understand it's a matter of choice but what would be Your suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards
Mehfuz

Accounts are submitted to provide proof of investment. The has nothing to do with your employees

You only have the submit option once on the portal. Anything you load afterwards cannot be submitted by you and will have to be submitted by UKCVAS.

Dependents extension while main applicant ILR pending application

Post by Mehfuzpatel » Sat Jul 30, 2022 9:59 pm

Hi Mods

Hope Everyone is safe and sound.

I have already applied for tier 1 accelerated route on 20th June 2022 and submitted biometric on 6th July. My wife and kid's visa is till sep 2022. I want to apply for their extension, can I apply before they take my decision? Will they consider my wife's application after they decide my application so that My wife can get 2 yr extension.

I cannot wait till sep as my visa application decision will take more time and may be delayed till dec. Is it okay for me to apply the dependents while my application is pending, i have applied on 10 jobs created.

Is there any priority extension for them?

Thanks

Kind Regards
Mehfuz

I think they may apply since you have applied. However, I don’t see how they can decide on dependants before deciding on the main applicant?

Thanks Vinny for a quick response.

May I indirectly try and ask them to decide on main applicant's application by applying the dependents on priority basis extention if it's available. Although I am not sure if there priority extention for t1 dependents.

Please reply if You think whether it's available.

Your views are highly appreciated.

Kind Regards

If they deem your dependants’ applications as complex because they haven’t decided on your application, then they may not decide any sooner and also keep the priority fees?
