Hey,

Congratulations!! Such a long wait...

What did you do to have the access to public funds changed?

Did you request it to be changed?

Thanks

Hi all,

Just wanted to post my timeline. Mine was a bit of complicated case.

Application date : 13/03/22 FLR FP partner route married with a British child (super priority) 1st application
Bio date: 04/04/22
Additional documents request: 1pm 04/04/22
Decision: Approved 05/04/22

Mine is a very long story but what was different was they asked me about a ccj I had and I had to prove proof of payment plan. I’d made two applications before that was refused and they never mentioned this part. Best of luck everyone, I’ve been lurking for years and this thread gave me hope.

Can you please reply i need help please

My first application was refused because my idiot solicitor applied for flr m stating that I could do since my countries borders were closed due to covid and we were in lockdown. I got a response within a month. The second application I provided proof that my borders were closed and I had booked to go back but due to covid couldn’t leave. They didn’t respond until the end of the UK lockdown and when my borders were reopened.
Looking on this forum I found out that if you have ccj it could be a problem so I did a credit check. Made a payment, the ccj was so old even the company didn’t really care. I personally would set up a payment plan, even if it’s just £1 a month to show because it goes against good character and the person handling my case seemed to be looking for any reason to refuse.

I mentioned it because they can find out if they really want to. I mentioned that I had a payment plan and still fit the good character requirement. They emailed me 4 hours after my application because I paid super priority to ask for proof that I’ve got a payment plan and gave me a deadline to submit proof. I sent it an hour later and then gave me an answer the next morning.

My brother flr FP came today , he applied in November 2021, 29. And due to mum death, he escalated the 7th of June and have his visa approved today. In sha Allah and good luck to everyone.
Escalation, he had to send mum death certificate and also prove of relation ie birth certificate

Hi everyone,

Been following this forum for a while now, just confused About one thing the home office has said on their website there is no standard processing time for FLR FP application, but the average wait time is 11 months so does that mean roughly 11 months they should respond because seeing people get their approvals here it is roughly 11 months,
Please assist me with this understanding?

Have you tried escalating, heard anything back or just complete silence. Surely you will hear back soon they have gone over the 11 months.

Don’t worry you will have it within 3 weeks, it’s 11 months mark. My brother was lucky, he only waited for 7 months. From
November last year to 3 days ago when he received his decision
