is it true they will rise the age for marriage visa from 18 into 21 ????? :?:
and is it for fiancee visa to or just spouse visa ?

if we get married in my country before they annonced the new age will be okk ??

Yes they are increasing the age from 18 to 21. It will be in force as of 27th November 2008. You can get married when you like but if you are not both 21 as of the said date then the visa will not be issued. Regardless of if you marry before or not. It is your age at the time of application that matters.

Exactly, the age at the time of the marriage has no consequence whatsoever. Its the age of both of you when you make an application which matters. However, in my opinion, if you make your application before 27th November, when the new rule would be in effect, I think you can get away with being less than 21.
