Urgent- Query on Dependant Visa updation

Hi,
I am on a Dependant Visa Valid until Oct-2024 with a full time work currently and my spouse who is on a skilled worker Visa got a new job and she have to reapply for her Visa.

In this case, I have few questions that I am seeking answers for:

1) As a dependant, do I need to reapply for update of visa along with my spouse?
2) As her new company is not sponsoring the maintenance for dependant, Do I, by any chance need to have a funds for proof in my account or does my job prove my financial independency status?

Please advice if someone have faced similar situation or any ideas pertaining to this query are welcome.

You need to reapply, since your current BRP is dependent on your spouse brp which is specific to the old CoS.

as per my knowledge you don't have to if they have visa validity but better wait till you know from any expert.
