Yes, I got the same reply and after that, I replied to the same email and asked about the update. I called today for an update on my escalation, i wanted to ask after u did your escalation did u receive an email like this -
“ Thank you for your enquiry.
Due to the current ongoing situation in the Ukraine, the Home Office have had to refocus considerable resources to aid with the humanitarian crisis. Given this, we are unable to provide any definitive timescales for considering applications, however please be advised that we will process your application as soon as is possible in the circumstances.
Please be advised that there is a very high bar for requests to expedite decisions and significant appropriate evidence would need to be provided to consider this”

Got an update. We collected the passport with entry clearance today (05 July 2022) after getting a SMS/email confirmation on 04 July 2022. I called on 24th June and was told a decision had been made. One unexpected thing was we were asked to pay around £1100.00 IHS fee on the 22nd June for our infant son even though initially the system had told us we were exempt. Countless calls, emails - same old generic replies. 110 working days. Apparently 120 working days is not a hard limit but an average so could easily take longer - hopefully not as my wife's entry clearance which initially was on May 2021 lasts until June 26th after a vignette replacement. So if we don't get it by 26th of June, we will have to make a new entry clearance application on her visa which takes another 1 and half month.
