Family - Spouse Visa

Hi,

5 years ago , I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT visa which expired in Dec 2021. My current employer applied for ICT extension in Nov 2021 (before visa expiry). The decision is pending from past 7-8 months.

Meanwhile my spouse got ILR. While my ICT extension application is pending , Can I switch to spouse visa by submitting another application (vary application)?

My current employer has assigned CoS to me when ICT extension application was submitted in Nov 2021. Is anything need to be done to that CoS before I apply Spouse visa application?

Only you can apply to extend your visa, your employer cannot. Are you a high earner (salary at least £73,900)?
