PBS dependent early extension

Post by kumarsk » Thu Jul 14, 2022 9:26 am

Hi All,

My Spouse granted ILR in July 2019 under previous Tier 2 route and I have granted PBS dependent which expires in September 2022.

My question is how early can I apply to extend my PBS dependent application as I have some travel plans at the end of year and which application form do I need to use for applying PBS extension?

Many thanks in advance. Your response in this matter is much appreciated !

Regards

Skilled worker (Tier 2 PBS ) dependent IHS question

Post by kumarsk » Wed Jul 20, 2022 1:04 pm

Need some help whilst filling IHS surcharge application

1.Are you applying to join or remain with a person already in the UK? selected add this person details

2.. Under the “Partner application details” section,

The person you're joining or remaining with

Enter their visa expiry date and If I enter My partners previous Tier2 visa expiry date it doesn`t accept
DO I need to enter my spouse current visa expiry (who is on ILR now ) ?

Your kind response is highly appreciated

Regards

To calculate the correct IHS fee for 3 years, put a date 3 years in the future.

Thanks for your quick response

Can you please help with this query ?

On the visa route which options to select

1.Tier 2 PBS dependent or skilled worker
If I select PBS dependent then visa type is Tier 2 (General); over 3 years

2. If I select Skilled worker then it prompts to select skilled worker 3 year and then work start date and end dates.

Which option do i Need to select and If i select option 2 shall I enter my spouse previous work start date and end date mentioned in the COS ?

Many thanks for ur help

When I entered 3 years from today the IHS surcharge to pay is coming as 1872 GBP ? Not sure if this is correct ?
