Surrender OCI

Hello

I need to Surrender my OCI as I will be starting a new job that would make me ineligible for it. In addition, my employer isn't happy in it. Does anyone how how easy this is to do ? I can only find a reference to Form XXII online but this form is related to Indian Citizenship not OCI
