Hi. I am british citizen and my child is nearly 7 year old and british citizen aswell. Can I apply for my wife's ILR on child basis of 7 year old british child? or shall we wait for her 10 year route to be completed. She is currently on flr(fp) 10 year route.

No. There is no such 7 year route ILR

How long has she been in the UK as your previous posts stated you arrived in 2009. When did she arrive?

If she has 10 years of legal stay and meets the requirements, she can apply for ilr based on 10 years long residence. You were advised of this a couple of years ago already
