You would need to find out if your NHS trust is a licenced sponsor and on the ukvi sponsor list.

You need to ask HR if they would be able to sponsor you If you are successful in getting the job and they will assigned a Cos if they want and are able to sponsor you. There is no guarantee that an employer will sponsor you.

What visa do you currently hold??

Unsure what you mean by NHS (BT)?

The NHS applications ask if you require sponsorship or if you have a visa and the right to work in the uk. What did you answer??

Post by savipuri » Fri Oct 14, 2022 9:08 am

Hi all
Luckily i got cos from nhs as healthcare assistant soc 6141 band 3
I want to know when applying visa should i apply as a healthcare visa or skilled worker visa?
As on my cos they mention skilled worker and my employer said it is not health care visa.
Has your sponsor or employer confirmed you are eligible for the health and care visa?
What is in this column?
Yes or no?
I am very confused

You may be able to seek clarification from your employer as to the most appropriate route to apply.
