Can I vary my skilled worker application???

Hello,

I have already applied for a skilled worker visa, but waiting for the decision for 3 months. Now, I have got a new job offer which I want to accept.

So, can my new employer assign a new CoS for me as I had already applied for a visa with the previous CoS of my current employer and that CoS is also more than 3 months old....???

I want to vary my application, but thinking if my new employer can't assign a CoS for me how can I make new application>>>!!!

How could it be possible that you are waiting for decision for more than 3 months ?
CoS after 3 months will be expired !

Had given biometric on 16th of June and still waiting for the decision.

Yes, my CoS should be expired because it was assigned on 09th of May, 2022..... That is why I am asking can a new employer assign a new CoS now for me???

withdraw your visa application and apply for new CoS.. you cant change your current application with new employer
