Not sure if you understood it right; you usually have to provide documents from your side within 10 days, otherwise they won't be processing the application further/etc and the decision timeframe is unknown. I might be wrong, but if you can show where you got 10 days, it would be easier to clear this up.
when does the first working day start? Is it when they send the request email? Thank youFor sure the 10 days is the number of days within which you are expected to provide to HO the requested documents.
It is not them giving you a timeframe when it's getting processed.

I just found out today by calling the paid service that a decision was made yesterday after i resent my documents, I havnt received any mail as yet
What is the next process? How long will it take for me to get a email and my partner to get his passport back?
