COS Start date is more than 28 days

Hi, My COS start date in 13- SEP -2022, And my UK travel date is 30-OCT-2022. Appointment has been booked.
Now COS start date and UK travel date is more than 28 days.
Can you please confirm if there is an issue or it is acceptable.
