Dependency ILR - when to apply

Hi there,

I will be completing my 5 years Tier 2 visa in 26 November 2022 and my Tier 2 visa expires on 9th December 2022.

I will be applying for ILR 28 days prior to the expiry date. I was wondering when can my wife apply for her dependency visa - is it together with my application or only after I get mine approved?
