Referee issue

Hi everyone

I am filling out my application for British citizenship. Could someone advise if I can use my English teacher as a referee? The thin is that she is TEFL teacher, so she doesn't have a PGCE qualification to teach in schools. Would her job counts as a ‘professional'? UKVI doesn't specify what kind of teacher a referee should be.
