Tier 2 Dependent Visa Extension - Queries

Hi,

I am on Citizenship. In 2019, my wife and children applied for Tier 2 Dependent visa, and now they need to apply for extension.

1. Can they apply together or must apply separately ?
2. What is the link to apply ? (I am a bit confused as they renamed it)
3. My wife and children need 6months of extension (after that they will be eligible for ILR) so, is it possible to pay 1year of IHS fee instead of 3 years?
4. Does my wife required to prove her English ?

I got British Passport now, do I need to mention British Passport details or Old Indian Passport details

2. unique application number (UAN) or Global Web Form (GWF)
What UAN do I need to provide here?

3. UK work or study visa details
What details that I need to provide here?

4. details of who is covering your living costs ('maintenance')
Is this something about covering about maintenance funds for my wife and children?

1. What visa have they applied for?
Though I am on Citizenship, previously applied for Tier 2 General but list didn't mention this. Do I need to select "Skilled Worker" ?
2. Has your partner been informed they are eligible for a Health and Care visa?
can I select No as I am not working in Health and Care?

When I try to enter my parent details, it is asking my Father's date of birth. But I don't have information. What to do in this case as It is a mandatory field on the form?
