Dependent visa in UK - super priority delay

Hi,
My partner applied for a super-priority Skilled Worker dependent visa (moving off his own Skilled Worker visa) and he still has not heard back (at 6 Oct).

Biometrics appt: 20 September 2022
Update email: 21 September 2022 - advising that visa could not be processed within 24 hour timeframe due to "further checks". No further information was requested.
My own visa was approved in 2019.

Does anyone know how long the delays are for super priority visas? Our £800 is not feeling very well spent!!
