Attend Indian tourist visa appointment with new application form

Hello!

After a lot of struggle, I have finally managed to secure a tourist visa appointment at one of the consular camps in London. Having looked at my application form, I noticed a couple of bits that I completed in a rush, that I would like to amend ideally, if possible.

The appointment has been booked using the application reference number of the form I have already filled. Would it be okay to fill in a new form, and take that along to the appointment? Or would that not be valid as the application reference number wouldn't match the one the appointment was booked with?
