Middle name missing from British Passport

I’m applying for OCI on spousal basis (wife has OCI).

My birth and marriage certificate has my full name, first middle and last.

My British registration certificate and passport has my first and last name.

It seems like that dropped my middle name and I only realised when completing the OCI paperwork.

I’ve put my full name (inc middle name) as previous name. Would that be an issue? I’ve never officially changed my middle name. Would it be an issue?

I didn’t wanna put full name with middle name as my current name as the middle name doesn’t appear on my British passport.
