Passport request

Hi

An application done of family member from india for student visa

visa has been granted and uni also has started.

Home office has requested a passport and its been over 20 days but no response.

please update if anyone had similar situation

It's been more than a month, still no updates since passport requests, uni has started already.

Any update with any similar cases please
