important info about my e-vetting

Post by alan1973 » Tue Nov 08, 2022 9:11 pm

hi
I received my e-vetting link about 10 days ago ( regarding 5 years non-eu citizenship application) and completed yesterday.
I realized one important thing:
I did have speeding ticket in UK and ireland ( one is 10 years ago and one is this year after I sent my citizenship application), I didn't mention it in my application form, I thought it's a crimnal check, speeding isn't a crimnal.
Anybody know if this will impact my application approval?
thanks i advance

Im more of a play it safe person, so if I were you I would write a cover letter about it, include a remorse letter and also show the proof or payment for the speed ticket. Disclosing it is better than not disclosing if you ask me, as we don’t know the results of eVetting and what it can show about your stay in Ireland
