IHS fees for 18 months student visa

Hi everyone,

What should be the healthcare surcharge fees for 18 months visa. On CAS letter course start date is 23/01/2022 and end date is 30/06/2023?

The link provided below, calculates it to £940 which is for 2 years.

However, on home office guidance in a link below says healthcare surcharge should for for 1 years + half year which come out to £470+£235=£705.
