British Passport Application query

Hi All,

I have applied for First Adult British Passport online and send documents on Monday-21st Nov 2022 which was delivered on 22nd at Bootle HMPO.
Still my document received status has not been updated on my application.
If i need to contact HMPO Bootle how can i contact them for document confirmation?

Any Advise?

You probably wouldn't get any response back. It is normal to have lengthy delays between documents delivery and updates on the system. If you used a registered delivery mail, then that's all the proof you need.

No need to chase unicorns.
