Funds From NHS Employer a Public Fund?

Post by ASIKO2 » Mon Dec 19, 2022 2:04 pm

My employer is sponsoring part of my university education. They are paying this directly to the University but I am not sure if this a public fund. I am on Skilled Worker visa and this visa says I am not allowed public funds. I know this might affect my ILR if this fund is considered a public fund. Can I go ahead to claim this money. I have been on this visa a little over 4 years now.

Please help.

Public funds for immigration purposes are listed on p11-12 of this document:
https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... ds-v18.pdf

What you are getting (not "claiming") is an in-work benefit provided by your NHS sponsor / employer and it is not a public fund.
