skilled migratin-AUS

i have applied for AUS skilled migration in 2002.actually submitted dimia

application in begining of 2003.
i did my medicals /pcc more than year ago.
but i haven't heard anything since the.but i heard police came to visit my home

once last february 2005.
now it's almost 2 1/2 years for everything.

how long does this take? please help!...when do you think i will receive my visa?
what else i have to have for visa? do you think i will recevive positive answer?why

this is too late.
i'm really really dissapointed..please help me!
