Second spouse visa

Post by ChugaLuvMe » Sat Jan 14, 2023 2:46 am

Hi all,

To renew our spouse visa in June 2023, we have every payslip from December 2022 - June 2023 on a weekly basis, the tenancy agreement and a few council tax bills, some water bills, and maybe some other utility bills or general documents. I think I recall 6 documents (for eg 4 council bills, 2 water bills) in both our names covering past 2 years?

Are we missing anything? My wife is a US citizen and we're having a baby girl due May 2023, I understand the application now costs more, even though our daughter is dual citizen?

As for the financial req, is it true the average earning each week is added up and divided by 12? I'm not as worried about this one as I was the first time around - thank god. But what happens if the reqs. are not met!
