ILR Status in Right to Work site is incorrect

Dear Experts,
I recently received ILR (Nov 2022) and the website https://right-to-work.service.gov.uk/rt ... d-question was showing my ILR status.

My employer asked me to share the immigration status code yesterday. When I used the online service to generate code, I noticed that the status changed back to previous visa (dependant visa valid until 26-Jan 2023).

Is it normal? Will the status change after 26-Jan or should I raise an issue with homeoffice?

Please advise on what will be best way to sort this issue.

Please also ring 0300 790 6268 (option 3) and complain / ask them to resolve it.

In the meantime ask your employer to request manual check via the employer checking service

I am in the same boat with ILR granted but new BRP showing older status expiring 22 Jan'23. I have called UKVI this morning and they have registered a case for technical issue. Not sure of any ETA though.
Seems asking Employer for manual checks as stated in one of the answer above is the only way for now.

Let me know how this worked out for you or if you were able to get this corrected.

They have logged a ticket and also asked me to email ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gov.uk

I'll let you know if I hear a response.

any update regarding this issue. as I'm having a similar issue and I already reported it to the home office. any idea, how long it might take them to solve the problem?

I reported on Monday the 23rd January. I need to send a share code for my new job. The HR isn't familiar with a manual check. looks like, it might take a long time to get it fixed.

Mine is rectified now. Looks to be automatic. My previous visa expiry date was 26-Jan. I checked at 12 am last night and it's showing my ILR status and my photo is also appearing correctly. Earlier my visa status was showing previous one, but the photo was 2017 photo.

No I haven't. But, Mine is rectified now. Looks to be automatic. Once your current visa expires, it may automatically show your ILR status.
