Settled with ILR, BRP renewal questions

Post by asthra » Mon Jan 16, 2023 9:02 pm

Hello,

My wife has an ILR and her BRP is expiring in Sep 2023. She is planning to renew her BRP now.

It would be great if anyone could clear the following doubts -
  1. She has been outside UK (232 days in 2014 and 197 days in 2017) for child birth. Would this cause any issues for the renewal?
  2. Does she have to show funds in account?
  3. Does the requirement of continuous residence proof start from the date ILR was issued (Sep-2013) or is it a flat "past 10 years" requirement?
I really appreciate any help you can provide; thanks in advance.

Cheers
