OCI Minor Applicant - Query

Hi All,

I have a query on the application form - which I am applying for my 1 month baby .

In the application form, Application for Minor Child - I am a parent of xxxx to register for OCI card. At the bottom there is a signature of the applicant ——-?

Here my question - do I need to get my daughter finger print here , as we already took her finger print uploaded - it displays below the uploaded photo - application form first page.

Please advise , if we need my daughter finger print at the second page .
