Skilled worker visa validity

Hi, I have successfully recieved my skilled worker visa, but my entry clearance letter states the following

This notice explains that, when you arrive in the UK, you will have permission to be in the UK (known as permission to enter) as SKILLED WORKER MIGRANT from 31 Jan 2023 until 13 Feb 2024.

Which means I have visa for one year.. but the minimum validity for skilled worker visa is 3years I don’t know why the letter states one year.

No, a skilled worker visa can be for any length of time. It is not mandatory to be 3 years in length

What did the Co's state?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
