Surrender Indian Passport Document

Hi, I'm looking to Surrender an Indian passport and the Documents Required sections says
"Self-attested photocopy of Indian passport (Bio page, Address page along with all used pages)"

Does this mean that every page on the passport that has a stamp on it, needs to be photocopied and self attested?

Not just stamped, but any visa attached as well. Basically any page that has been used for any reason
