ILR 10 Year Route Start Date

I first entered the UK on a 5 year multiple entry visitor visa with my then UK citizen partner, now husband in 2009. I complied with the max 6 month stay requirements, leaving and re entering.
In March 2012 our daughter was born.

I left the UK in July 2012 with my daughter now with a UK passport on holiday.
We returned In August 2012 and in December 2012 applied for LTR on a ten year route.
It was rejected in July 2013.
I appealed and in December 2013 my appeal was upheld at the FTT under ECHR 8.
I then received my first UK LTR BPR in August 2014 with subsequent renewals to present.
So at what date do I start my 10 year qualifying continuing residence in the UK to qualify for ILR? Is it from when I first applied in December 2012 for my first LTR or OTHER date?
