Hi All,

I am British Citizen, and my son is disabled, I am receiving his Disability Living Allowance recently and managing his allowance.

Now I need to apply ILR for my wife (5 year route) - there is a question in form in Finance Section,

Do you or your partner currently receive any of these benefits?

Now "Disability Living Allowance" is mentioned in the list, Shall I tick that checkbox - I am confuse as I or my partner does not receive the allowance for ourselves, I am receiving it for my son.
