Extend Tier 2 general visa

Hi all

My tier 2 general visa (upto 3 years) is valid till end April 2023. I need to extend this visa to skilled worker visa.

Is there any rule that I can submit my extension application only upto 60 days before visa expiry ?

Also is there anyone who recently applied for extension inside UK and how much time it took ?

Answer : Yes you can submit extenision vefore 60 days it according to home office guidelines you must submit visa application before 28 days and in general you can even do it before 6 days left into your visa expiry i hope it helped thanks ...

almost 3-4 Working Weeks i have seen variations in this time table some get early some get after 2 months it depend on home office all the way please dont pay for paid enquiry ....

If I submit more than 60 days before expiry of my current tier 2 visa, would the application be rejected ?
