Ireland Visa renew- Inis Online- Issue

Is anyone getting an error wile uploading documents? the error is : [object XMLHttpRequest]

Hi,
Today, I also could not submit my documents to Inis Online to renew my IRP.
I tried on Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Chrome But All of them were not successful.
My documents are .pdf and .jpg and less than 5MB.

Other forum members mentioned it before, but never shared how did they fix it.
Trying tomorrow would be the best bet; hopefully the infrastructure would be fixed by then. You can try reaching out to ISD with this, but from my experience, they won't go through the emails in time.

Yes meself2, I searched on Google and saw that in about six months ago, some people also met the similar problem. But I didn't see how they solved.

I'd expect them to share the way they fixed it, but since it's an issue for a bunch of folks, it's probably on ISD side. Does it work today?

It is issue sometimes appears, seems on server side. I had it and they fixed next day. Just try to do it tomorrow or Tuesday.

Yea, doubt they'll work on it during weekend.

I fixed this error by using the incognito mode of Chrome

Clearing all history and Cache of the Browser Plus using private window can help in this situation.
