Hi Folks,

I'm already on Tier 1 Extension (Entrepreneur) expiring Sep, 2023

I had Two full time employee (1 European, 1 British) during my initial grant.

Shortly after my Extension, 1 stayed (Continued to work) & other 1 left (COVID & Business Decline)

Question: Is it possible to employee 2 Full Time British/EU personal for 7 months, together will it make up for 12 months Job ?

No, it is not. You need the job to have existed for 12 months.
