Visa Validity mistake

Hi
We got our baby visa as child dependent from India valid from Feb 05 and validity given till March 29 we arrived Uk Feb 23 when we applied for BRP collection for baby, received a mail from 3party replied that our baby visa only valid below 6 months .we are so confused as our visa valid till March 2024 paid 1.5 year IHS fee as well .
What are our options now.
