Pension credit - indefinate leave on Adult dependent.

Hi,

My mother arrived in UK 6 years back on Adult dependent(Indefinate). She is 71 years old.

Can she apply for pension credit since 5 years period has already passed?

If yes then how to apply NI number for that?

How much pension does she receive from working in her own country or any other country?

Yes, as the maintenance undertaking period has lapsed - 5 years, she can claim public funds, assuming she has ILR. She may also claim attendance allowance, if she has health issues. They will generate her a NI number when she claims pension credit.
