Document not uploaded

While submitting the skilled worker visa (using id app), the application got completed without submitting evidence documents (education and AQUALS).
However a button appears (meant for email requested evudence) saying " provide requested evidence or photos".
Even using this the document did not get attached as the files do not appear in the evidence section.
Received an email though :
"Your evidence has been uploaded and submitted.

We will look at the files you have uploaded. You will receive an email with your status when we have processed your application."

What is the next best course of action? Is it to withdraw and redo or wait dor decision?

Hi, I applied today to "Skilled worker visa extension" and received the same answer.
Quite confusing but I am not willing to withdraw my application.

I did not withdraw as well.
