Hello, will claiming Tax-Free Childcare have a negative impact on citizenship application? Is this part of public fund and requires to be mentioned in the application? TIA

No financial requirements for naturalisation.
It’s not an immigration application.

There is a Good Character requirement for citizenship and any defrauding of the benefit system appears to come under Deception and dishonesty

If you have only taken what you are allowed, then it is not deception or dishonest.
