I've heard eVetting is valid for about 6 months; if you didn't get it so far, possibly they don't aim to issue a decision yet.

Did you have a lot of absences/a bunch of different stamps maybe, or?
It's getting close to 2 year mark (or it might even be 19 months, as things develop now), have you considered warning letter in preparation for JR?
You heard it wrong. Can you afford hiring a barrister for JR route? If yes than go ahead. You can sue on the minister and proceed with a judicial review soon after the current processing time 19 months or 23 months max.
Once again a copy paste answer. The only new info was "a new team is setup that give acknowledgement in weeks" which tbh is not new info. by any chance do you have a more granular breakdown of the e vetting steps? when you got the letter Vs Webern they sent you the email etc?

If you sent it before Jan 22 (When Scorecard was introduced), would be extremely weird to judge you based on something that did not exist back then.
